Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end flows across the app, card, and physical terminals
- Run lightweight research with riders across income levels and literacy
- Maintain and extend our design system across web and mobile
- Partner closely with engineering to ship, not just hand off, designs
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience, ideally on a consumer product
- A portfolio showing systems thinking, not just polished screens
- Comfortable designing for low-literacy and low-bandwidth contexts
- Figma fluency
