Responsibilities
- Visit and support recharge counters and partner bus terminals across the valley
- Triage and escalate terminal hardware faults to the hardware team
- Onboard new partner counters and bus operators onto the network
- Report on-the-ground issues that inform product and hardware decisions
Requirements
- Comfortable traveling across Kathmandu Valley routes daily
- Strong communication skills in Nepali and English
- Two-wheeler license preferred
- Prior field operations or logistics experience is a plus, not required
