Overseas Mediclaim Insurance
Overseas Mediclaim Policy covers travel emergencies for those traveling abroad. It is available for three categories of travelers:
- Business & Holiday
- Employment and Study
- Corporate Frequent Traveller
Scope of Cover:
This policy is intended for use in case of sudden and unexpected sickness or accident while the insured is outside Nepal.
Exclusions:
- Pre-existing diseases or illnesses (known and unknown).
- Traveling against medical advice or for medical treatment, including routine check-ups.
- Claims arising from participation in military, naval, or air force operations.
- Claims due to suicide, intentional self-injury, mental disorders, alcoholism, drug abuse, or HIV-related illnesses, including AIDS.
- Claims from participation in winter sports, mountaineering, or adventure sports.
